I, like many others, have bounced between programs and disciplines trying to find my comfy spot. After honing in on my passions and career goals, I found that the program I was in could not provide me with what I thought, and felt, I needed to be happy, confident and successful. I had specific interests, ways of learning and a very particular vision for my future. I realised that I was, once again, unhappy with my program. I moved into the interdisciplinary studies program where I found that I could create an educational path that is completely personalised.

This program is best for peoples that have well defined interests in subjects or problems, and that have found that other programs were not giving them what they needed or wanted. Learning to use multiple disciplines and to apply them critically to problems, is the foundation of interdisciplinary studies.I feel that learning in post-secondary establishments should be driven by curiosity and passion, and, should ultimately be exciting. This is a creative, enlightening and revolutionary way of observing the world. This program has so far been exactly I needed.
